Our founder, Kyle Phillips, began his tree-care career by working for one of North America’s largest service providers for several years. During this time, he learned the finer points of tree care, nurtured his love of woody plants, and earned his certification from the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
But while Kyle enjoyed his early years in the industry, he was troubled to see so many people having to choose between high-quality service and affordable pricing. Deciding that there had to be a better way, Kyle set out on his own and launched Longtree Tree Service in 2019 — a tree company dedicated to providing expert-caliber tree care at rates residents and business owners could actually afford.
