Location: Southfield, MI (Serving Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $35/hour + annual bonus potential up to $11,000

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As Crew Lead, you’ll serve as the frontline leader of our field operations—ensuring jobs are done safely, on time, and up to the standards promised to our clients.

👷 Project & Team Leadership

• Conduct daily planning meetings with the crew
  
• Manage jobsite schedule, labor, and equipment
  
• Monitor and adjust work to stay within budget
  
• Track and submit timecards and project updates via CRM
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project scope
  

💬 Client Interaction

• Ensure clients understand project expectations and our Terms & Conditions
  
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients on-site
  
• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints immediately
  
• Support a clean, courteous jobsite culture (uniforms, no swearing/music, no smoking)
• Complete final walkthrough checklists in Company Cam
  

🦺 Safety & Culture

• Conduct crew safety orientations and daily hazard assessments
  
• Uphold all OSHA and company safety policies
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
  
• Attend and contribute to Goal Setting & Review (GSR) meetings
